** Designer Choice means that our florist reserve the right to use flowers available to them at the time, Cottage means tones of Pinks, Purples & Whites. Whilst we endeavor to create our arrangements as close as possible to our display pictures please be mindful that by selecting a designer choice option you are giving our florist free-range to use their creative flair. Sometimes we do need to make some substitution due to flower availability and season.

Substitution Policy: Occasionally substitutions of flowers or containers can happen due to season availability and market conditions. If this is the case with the flowers/gift you have selected our in house qualified florist will ensure that the style, theme and colour scheme of your arrangement/bouquet is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order due to availability we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
